We had a wonderful experience with Mark. He is so knowledgeable about both photography and the chateaus. I never felt rushed. He taught me what to look for in a shot, and more importantly, many reasons why, including how the human mind looks at a photo. He helped me learn by coaching my own understanding. Also, when we arrived, I was not feeling well and Mark took care of us, making sure we were settled in our apartment, safe and sound. He is a top-notch human being.

We just got back from spending 3 days in the Loire Valley. Mark from Photograph France was our guide. He planned an excellent bespoke (custom) tour. He made great suggestions as to what castles and other sites to see. He set up the whole trip, made all the arrangements for tickets. Throughout the trip, Mark made wonderful recommendations as to where we would get the best photographs. He made sure we didn't miss any good pictures. He was really friendly and very flexible. He also went the extra mile for us -- like watching the weather and rearranging our itinerary so we'd see the best chateaux on a sunny day.
